No personal data is collected unless required to run the app such as name, username and password to create an account where applicable. Anonymous analytics is collected to measure engagement and quality control such as fixing crashes.
If the app has the ability to log in through a 3rd party like Google or Apple, all personally identifiable information stays with the login provider. All I get is a token letting me know the login was successful.
The same thing applies for age range data on IOS. If any of my apps use that function the app simply gets a token from Apple confirming such things as the user is old enough to use the app. I Never see your exact details.
